  • I do not like Java! (Java Script is ok)  If you use Java there had better be a good reason... (i.e. VERY COOL applet)
  • If you have music on your page I must be able to turn it off.  While music is nice for a few moments, I soon get tired of it.
  • Sites with overloaded index pages are not likely to qualify.  If I have to scroll down 6 screen lengths on the first page... all I have to say is ORGANIZE.
