Whenever your parrot screams because it wants attention, it is important that you give it the attention it needs without showing him that screaming can get him whatever he wants. Therefore, you should wait a few minutes after he starts to scream before taking him out. If you do not do this, your bird will learn that screaming gets him attention, and he will do this whenever he wants anything, which can be awfully annoying.
