Hey, wait! what happened to my egg? Hey! It was nice and warm in there! Hey! What is happening? What is that I feel? Oh, good, something warm. Ahhh. Nite nite

It as been a while since I hatched. An entire day it has been! Wow. There is someone else in my box. He hatched a few days ago. I get fed a few times a day now, and I sleep a lot. I am going to be fed in a minute or so, so I must go.

Well, I haven't written in a while, so I will catch you up on the last few days. Here's the scoop: I have moved! I am now at a little shop called the Birdie Boutique. There are lots of other baby birds in here, and I live with them in the back room. Also, no more box! I am now living in a plastic carrier. And here is the most exciting thing: I can see! I woke up, and I just opened my eyes and I saw stuff! It was really neat.

Sorry it has been so long since I last wrote! I lost my pen somewhere in my new box. Some new people came to see me today. There was a woman with long red hair, and then there was a little girl. They only looked at me for a second, though, because they coaght site of an African Grey in the room. I was heartbroken. My first visitors.Oh, well.

Hooray! I got my second batch of visitors today. My brother and I were just sitting in our plastic box, when we saw this girl who was not quite a child but not quite an adult. She petted us and held us, but then she had to leave. It was a lot of fun.

Today is my birthday! I turned 2 months old today. My brother's birthday was just a few days ago. I am now a toddler, not a baby. I am 2 months old! The only downside is, my feedings have been reduced.

Nothing much is new. I got a new teddy bear to snuggle with.

I can make a new sound. It sounds like a mix between a growl and a chirp.

Today I was moved to another room, and another cage with my brother. I can stand on a perch now without falling off! I am now living in the Big Bird room, where all of the big birds live. There are lots of other birds in here, and sometimes I get to play with them on the playpen. Also, there is this big, red bird named Colipso (I don't know how to spell it) and he can talk! I really want to play with him, but I am always in my cage when he comes out of his. Oh, well

My visitors came back again! They played with me and my brother and it was so much fun.

Today my visitors came back again, and this time they took me all over the store, to places I had never been before, like the toy room and the room where they have cages and playpens for sale. They asked me which toys I liked and I tried them out and they bought the ones I chose!

My visitors came today once again. This time, they bought me a swing that had wooden beads and pieces of leather on it. I sat on it while they carried me around the store.

My visitors came two days ago, but the real big news is that I will turn 3 months old tomorrow! Oh, boy.

Today I turned 3 months old. Soon, I won't be a toddler anymore! My visitors came today and played with me.

Today, my visitors came and put me in a different cage. Then, they put me into their car and took me to their house. It was a bumpy ride, and when we arrived, I was taken upstairs and into a new cage. This cage is gigantic, and there are three feeders and a water bottle in it! I have lots of toys in my new cage, including the ones I picked out at the store and the swing. I am a little homesick, but I am having a lot of fun.

I haven't come out of my cage for a few days. My visitors say that it is because I must get used to my cage.

Today I was taken out of my cage and downstairs, to a little playpen. I played on it, and my visitors played with me. I am wondering what I should call them.

Today I went to the vet. We waited in the waiting room for a while, and then we went in to see the vet. She was nice, but I had to be restrained for her to check on me and see how I was doing, and then she gave me a shot. Ouch. When it was all over, I went back home to my cage and slept.

I have decided what to call 2 of the people in my new family. The little girl always says that her name is mommy, so that's what I call her. Then, the woman is named granma.

I have decided what to call another family member. The little boy is named Uncle Sheldon or Uncle Perry. I am still decdiding which one I should call him.

Today I went exploring in the bedroom next to mine. It was fun. I ran around the closet and my granma vaccuumed.

I met someone new today! It is a big, white, fluffy thing that is always trying to sniff me. I think her name is Mimi because that is what my mommy always calls her.

Today I played with Mimi. I was just sitting on my mommy's finger, and my granma was holding Mimi, and then Mimi lunged at me and bit off some of my tail feathers. It was exciting, but then granma made Mimi go into the garage for a half of an hour.

Today is my birthday! I turned 4 months old today, and i got a new toy. It is a toilet paper roll with holes in it. There is string woven through the holes, and some beads on the string.

I have met two more members of my family. One is a teenager named Aunt Jena. She is my mommy's sister. The other is a man named granpa. He is my granma's husband. Aunt Jena played peekabirdy today, and it was a lot of fun. Also, she kept calling me Pikachu. I like that name.

Today I played Donkey Kong on nintendo 64 with my Uncle Sheldon. I liked all of the noises the game made. My Uncle even let me press a button!

It is a new month, and I got lots of new toys. One is a thing that is on my sleeping perch. It is purple and it is soft. My mommy keeps telling me to snuggle with it, but I am not much of a snuggler. I stand as far away from it as possible.

Today I met another new person. She is my Aunt Annie. She is a friend of my mommy's, and she isn't really my aunt, but I call her that, anyway. We played pikabirdy today.

Today is my mommy's birthday, and everyone in the house is so happy. I got a new perch. It is in my granma's bathroom, and it has a mirror on the end. The mirror is circlar and it spins around. There are two sides on it. One shows me in my real size, and the other shows me really big. I love my perch.

Today I went exploring with my mommy. I went from room to room, and mommy followed me. it was so much fun!

It is my birthday today! I am now five months old. I am growing up fast. Today my Uncle Sheldon let me help him work on his project. He let me type on the computer! I walked along the keyboard and letters appeared on the screen. He said I was a good typist.

Today my mommy built a new addition to my playpen. It is a piece of wire that has neon plastic beads on it. I love to slide the beads back and forth. it is a lot of fun.

I have a girlfriend. her name is Ana, and today she played me the guitar and asked me to marry her.

Today my mommy built me a cardboard tunnel made from a box. It has two sections, and there is a little hole between them. My granma made doors that lead into it, and put some beads inside. I went in and played. Mommy says that she is going to build something on top of the tunnel, and she said that she is going to make me some skylights.

It is my birthday again! I am six months old. In six more months, I will be a year old. I am halfway there!

Today Mimi snuck into my room and started to bark at me. It was a lot of fun and I chirped with her, but them my granma came in and made Mimi leave.

Today my mommy gave me one of her wonderful head scratches. I sat on her lap and she turned on my nightlight and gave me a head sctratch while I chewed on her shirt.
