The lunar phase is important in determining the best times for magic. The Waxing Moon: (from the New Moon to the Full) is the ideal time for magic to draw things toward you. The Full Moon: is the time of greatest power. The Waning Moon: (from the Full Moon to the New) is a time for study, meditation, and little magical work (except magic designed to banish harmful energies).
