LaQuita asks the woman seated to her left for help with the form. The kind lady obliges, and LaQuita completes the form with minimal difficulty. She turns it in to the receptionist, and takes her seat again until her name is finally called. LaQuita is led into the doctor's inner office where he proceeds with the abortion. However, LaQuita passed away soon after due to an infection from an improperly sterilized scalpel.
