It is the mission of PLYC to provide leadership, promote Youth, Women and to curb Narcotics and Heinous Social evil from the society. For the betterment of the masses, to reduce population by holding awareness programmes as well as arranging programmes for eradicatin severe Health deceases like AIDS. It is our mission to make the country free from Environmental pollution as well as violation of Human Rights.

Objectives

• To work for the social, cultural, economic and ideological uplift of Youth of the Country.
• To provide training to the Youth in different fields and to organize training workshops, seminars and camps.
• To promote National and International Youth exchange programme.
• To work for the uplift of depressed women living in Rural areas so that their role and status could be improved in society.
• To provide legal assistance to the deserving women in their court cases free of cost through competent lawyers.
• To collaborate with NGOs throughout the world in order to fully integrate the voices of women in creation of the improved policy and practice.
• Provide people involved in the field of women in development with access to skills, knowledge, strategies and other resources need to improve their programme and service.
• Support members to advocate effectively for policies & programmes that improve the lives of women & support gender equality.
• To fight for the human rights and condemn the human rights violations.
• To work for reducing the increasing population and make programme for the implementation of family planning programme.
• To assist the masses for saving themselves from various heinous deceases like AIDS.

• PLYC providing free legal aid to the women in various sectors.
• Celebrating all of the Universal days as declared by the United Nation.
• Giving training to the women in connection with technical education field for handsome earning.
• Providing maximum health facilities to the women.
• Working on various rural uplift projects through awareness programmes.

• A free legal aid & Human Rights Cell has been established at District Courts Khanewal City for the women to assist them in Court cases free of cost.
• A Technical Training Centre has been setup in Multan city under the auspices of PLYC to give the Technical Education so that women could get handsome earning after training.
• Pakistan Lions Youth Council has setup a Investigative Cell to find out the cases regarding Child Labour, Child Sex and Physical Assault for its proper eradication.
• To provide health facilities free of cost to the women regarding population, an hospital has been setup at Khanewal City under the aegis of PLYC.
• To work for tree plantation for the elimination of environmental pollution.
• To arrange awareness programmes for masses regarding the harmful effects of environmental pollution.
• To make people ready to participate in various welfare projects scheme to event the danger of automobile smoke to the human life.
