This is a great thing for any age, because its easy to do and the kids will feel so proud of themeslves afterwards What you will need First you will need some of those little baskets that strawberries come in. And some colorful Xmas themed ribbon that's not too thin and not too thick. That size should be and ok size to use to weeve through the strawberry basket. scissor Put the strawberry baskets the ribbon and the contruction paper on a table that can be easily reached by the children. Then let them pick out which ribbon they want and a basket. Now all they have to do is weave the christmas paper through the basket. If the kids can't tie a bow help them to do so. Now in order for the candies to stay in the basket you will need the construction paper. Measure the bottom of the strawberry basket and then takw those measurments and ad them to the construction paper. When you have done allow the kids to cut it out and place it at the bottom of the strawberry bask. You can them give them some small treats to add to it. They will love it. |
