PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Experience in designing, planning and implementation of new projects; Ability to manage timing, budgets and other resources; Ability to lead and train teams in the implementation of projects; Ability to use project management software.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & SOURCING

Expertise in market needs analysis for the purpose of developing relevant product lines and recommending appropriate products and strategies; Proven product development acumen having developed and launched 2 product lines that have been successful in the Far East; Two years� experience in export merchandising and product sourcing; Supervised a Product Manager in the management,marketing and sourcing of fashion jeans and tops.

Ability to lead a team in providing image-focused and relationship-building services to franchisees; Ability to work with senior management and sales force in setting sales targets; Ability to lead a team in formulating and implementing strategies to meet sales targets; Ability to build and maintain good relationships with franchisees.

BRAND AND RETAIL MARKETING

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Working Knowledge of Windows '95, DOS; Proficiency in MS Publisher; Avid Interest in the Internet, with Basic HTML Skills; Novice of Adobe Photoshop; Some exposure to POS and Sales Productivity System.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Abiltiy to formulate communication strategies and programs; Fluency in English and Tagalog; Excellent Presentation Skills; Good Training and Facilitation Skills having trained co-employees in Asia Pacific on new business processes, leadership and change management courses, as well as external partners in customer service and brand orientation; Ability to prepare creative visuals using Powerpoint, and other media; Ability to develop training programs and materials.
