If you have not been to Tom's Farms before, it's a really great place to visit.  They seem to be adding on a lot more things, too... including another refurnished HUMONGOUS old house, a covered bridge, and what looks like it will be a merry-go-round.  There is always live entertainment with recorded music during the breaks.  And all of that is free — it costs nothing to go there and have a picnic, unless you want to shop or buy food, fruit from the fruit stand, candy and nuts next to the fruit stand, birds or bird paraphernalia from the pet shop, or gourmet snacks or something.   There are little gazebos with tables and chairs and a little lake and there is often face-painting for the kids and balloon artists and such.
