(Continued)
I love this picture. Because we truly ARE survivors we are both truly grateful. Her victory is much more recent than mine and my hair is way ahead of hers. I'm just so happy that she made it and that I made it and that all of you made it possible with your prayers and support and encouragement. Plus, this makes me look really tall and I'm 5'4" .
Ros thanked all of us (and everyone who was not present was also included in that) and I wish you had all been there to see this really touching moment. I will always treasure this picture of us! She went through so much more difficult stuff than I did and she just kept on fighting and WON! What a trooper she is and what a hero! And God bless that beautiful Toner King (Bill) husband of hers because he was right with her all the way.
RodWoods now has TWO photos on the Tribute To
American Spirit PhotoQuilt. This is the upgraded version. He redid
the American flag that he made out of Rubik's Cubes so that it now has a
golden border. It can be found on this page, four photos down, near
the upper
right:

Well, that was the end of the pictures this time. Sure was fun sharing them with you all and we hope to have YOU with us next time!
The "NEXT" button below will take you back to the beginning of this section of luncheon pictures.
VistaGal's site is always very nice and very well done. VistaGal's Seniors Photo Gallery
Another great site to visit for pictures of senior gatherings is Warren 88's site. Warren is one of the best cheerleaders for gatherings you ever saw. He and his wife, Roberta, winter in Mesa, AZ, and summer in Rockford, IL, and he sure keeps the seniors entertained a lot in both locations. Warren88's site Warren's site includes pictures of chatters from SeniorNet, Sixty Is Something, AARP, and others.
And still another great site is Marilyn's Place, which has hundreds of pictures of AARP chatters, gatherings, etc. That link is to her alphabetical index of photos.
If you have other great sites for pictures of our senior pals, give me a holler! I'd love to be able to share it here.
