The quaintness and privacy of a country cottage
only minutes from downtown Saugatuck!

Gothic Cottage - The quaintness and privacy of a country cottage only minutes from the bustle of downtown Saugatuck!

This one bedroom cottage features a kitchenette/eating area, living area with Fireplace, Cable TV, VCR, & Air Conditioning.

A bedroom with Queen Bed, bathroom with antique claw foot tub and shower, screened-in back porch with a view of the woods, great bird watching and a pond - enjoy it from the porch rocking chairs, outdoor eating area, or your private outdoor Hot Tub.

Relax under the mature shade trees, survey the 2 acre site, and enjoy the cool breeze that comes along the pond from the Kalamazoo River - or enjoy the old apple orchard next door. Early morning risers may see deer as well as an assortment of abundant country wildlife. Rare finds lure antique art shoppers at the Gothic Cottage Gallery on the estate.

Town is a minute's drive or a liesurely 15 minute walk past Saugatuck's historic sites.

A two night weekend stay in May, June, September, & October is requested... three nights in July & August.

Enjoy a peaceful weekend or week-long stay, residing in one of Saugatuck's original Victorian summer cottages among the few remaining estate properties close to downtown Saugatuck.
