Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 24 business hours. Please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. All orders are shipped from Phoenix, AZ. Arizona residents must pay 7% sales tax. Our shopping cart does not support taxation. Taxes will be added to Arizona orders at the time of shipping. Continental U.S. Shiping charges - $5.00 for first 12 items. Continental U.S. orders are shipped via Roadway Parcel Service. No COD'S. No PO Boxes. Orders shipped to Alaska are sent by US Priority Mail or Federal Express (your choice). Orders shipped to Hawaii are sent by Federal Express only. Actual shipping charges will be added to Alaska and Hawaii orders at the time of shipping. We do not accept International orders at this time. Our office hours are: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm (Mountain Time). Our virtual office is OPEN 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
