The raison d'être for owning any hi-fi system is to listen to music on.
As you will have seen from the previous pages, I am quite obsessed with my hi-fi system and spend quite a large portion of my salary each month, not only on equipment but also on music.
I have a quite a wide and varied interest in music. Some of my favourite types of music are Blues, Jazz, Country, Folk and Female Singer-Songwriters to name but a few. To be fair I don't normally give music a classification other than stuff that I like and stuff that I don't care for.
You may want to have a listen to the following recordings at some time. I must point out that although they do get quite a bit a play, they don't all qualify as being audiophile discs. To me the music is just as important as the system they playing on, if not more so.
