ALLADVANTAGE - 50 Cents Per Hour For Opening Their Viewbar
This is the "granddaddy" of the "Get Paid" programs, the first program that offered cash for your time on the Internet.  It is easy to join, you can download the Viewbar and start getting paid immediately.  Currently they are paying for up to 25 hours of your own surfing every month, and up to the same for your referrals.
One caveat- AllAdvantage WILL pay you for reading mail in an "online" mailbox, but will turn off if you use a mailbox program, such as Outlook Express. 

CashSurfers - Good Easy, even has a MP3 search built in                                                                              This is a very simple one to sign up for,  and it lets you download the viewbar right away.  It has a MP3 search built right into the viewbar which is nice feature for those who actually use the computer while the viewbar is running.  Good layout and works good.  A must have.

mValue - Sign up now, start earning points towards $1,000,000                                                           Simple, Good.
The sign up form for this program is a little longer than most of the others, but once you complete the form you can download the mValue Panel to begin earning points immediately, AND you don't have to reboot your computer to activate the Panel.
They are running a contest until January 23...  The person who earns the most points between now and then will win ONE MILLION DOLLARS!   Similar to AllAdvantage

Speedia.net - Big Money! 

 Spedia gives you the choice of using the SpediaBar or the Spedia PopUp Window. I found the Bar much easier to manage. They are paying about 50 cents per hour for your time. They say that they are available internationally NOW, so this would be worth the time for non-US surfers to check out!! US surfers start earning immediately!
