Some authorities believe that coffee was first grown in Arabia near the Red Sea around AD 675. That means that people have been enjoying the flavor and aroma of coffee for over 1300 years! Today, the cultivation of coffee is a huge industry, with more than 40 countries exporting coffee.
The best of those coffees is the Arabica bean. And of those beans, only 5% are good enough to suit us! We offer you only the very highest grade new crop coffee, not last year's harvest. Then the beans are roasted to perfection, so that each cup is overflowing with flavor and aroma. If we offered you anything less, we'd be ashamed to call it "gourmet"!
