Mouseovers are good for telling people where your links are. They do not have to be animated.

A scrolling Marquee is very catchy way to get your point across and as you see everyone reads a scrolling marquee.

How did you like the picture up there?  Just one of the many neat tricks that I can do with computers.  That is called a Java Applet.  Here what you are reading right now is a text box.  Great for companies that want to have their disclaimer on there page but do not want it to take up too much space.  You put it in one of these on your website and you are set.  It loads quick and does not take up too much space.  They are readjustable to any size that you might want. Let scroll down a bit.
