d. How do you intend to get it out of the plant?

As you can see just  a few questions will lead to a lot of answers which only you will able to answer. A business plan is the first thing to do ,not a full bore plan but what direction you want to go, and then it may/will change in 6 months a plan should be flexible but have a solid core of direction.
