I look at this
I look at this & I do see
Many comforting things to me.
First, I picture me in there,
Riding along in my wheelchair
When I look around I feel at peace,
for the trunks of the trees are family & friends
The leaves & the branches feel like prayers lifted up
They surround & comfort me
In my daily life I call "my journey"
Now look closely thru the trees...
Can you see, what I do?
Look at how beautiful the sky shining thru
Our God is more awesome, then we ever knew!
He has heard the prayers that have been lifted daily
Given me peace, that only HE can give.
Do you see the curve in the road just ahead
I think of our daily walks with thee
We never know what each day, or hour may bring
our life may change, all it takes is a minute in any of our days
Where is the comfort, you may be asking?
How can I be calm in a storm of life?
Well, God has taught me,
To always remember....
When we have a personal relationship with HIM
He will be there to guide us
Always!

I wrote this when I had to be in a wheelchair for a couple of months. I had 3 bleeding ulvcers, & lost so much blood, I was in ICU for 5 days.
I am out of the wheelchair.
I praise God for the prayers that were answered, & also for the ones lifted up.
I felt so much love, thru these prayers.
