Easter Question
Mommy what does Easter mean?,
A question that was pondered...
Well, dear it's when Jesus rose from the dead, He won the victory.
But Mommy, Jesus lives in my heart, so does that mean I am a winner?
My child, in all our eyes, you are a winner here.
Mommy, will Gramma come alive again?
No sweetie, she is with Jesus.
Oh then that is ok, ( with a great big grin)
Dear, why did you smile so?
Oh it's just that she is with her Daddy in his arms right?
How do you know that dear?
Cause God is her Daddy too, & that's where she began.
Mommy did Jesus like jelly beans?
No, they did not exist.
But, Mom, do you think he would like to have a taste of mine.
Yes my dear, if you would share
Mommy I would share with Jesus my best friend.
Mommy, Jesus, loves us a whole big bunch doesn't he?
Yes dear He does, but how can we tell?
He thought & thought, & then replied,
Our Bible tells us so.
