International Direct Dial ) telephone service, but if you are
having trouble placing a call, our Business Centre staff is at
your service. At the Business Centre we also offer service to
send and receive E-Mail or facsimile message, and all incoming
messages will be hand-delivered to your room. Plus we offer on-line
internet service to keep you abreast of what is happening in
cyberspace.

SECRETARIAL SERVICE
Experienced bi-lingual
secretaries are available for all types of typing and dictation.
Arrangements can also be made for full time secretarial services
to cover meetings, seminars and conferences.

services can be arranged at the Business Centre. We will advise
you on the most dependable, convenient and cost effective ways to
handle your documents or goods to ensure that they arrive safely
and rapidly.
CONFERENCE AND
MEETING FACILITIES
The Business Centre conference
room which seats up to six persons is available on request.
Secretarial service and all types of refreshments are also
available. Additionally, Shangri-La Bangkok offers over twenty-four
different function rooms for various size meetings, seminars and
conferences. All rooms are equipped with the latest audio-visual
back-up equipment including multi-channel speaker system and
slide, movie or overhead projection. Wireless microphones and
special lighting such as strobe lights and floodlights are also
available.
