Attendance 25
Shirley
Musick called the meeting to order. She led the invocation and presented
the agenda for the evening. Shirley introduced all the guests and
the program for the evening.
Ginger
McGill introduced the guest speaker, Donna Collins--Feng Shui. A
$25 donation was given to the Education Fund in Donna Collins' name.
Shirley
Musick opened the floor to have our business meeting. First, was
the corrections of the minutes of the August 19 meeting. Approved
by Jean Widmann and seconded by Adele Brautigam.
We
talked about the December Christmas meeting and where it might be held.
Either Linda Dingee's home or the Windsor.
We
went over the proposed budget for 1999-2000. There will be more information
in the October newsletter. Be prepared to talk more at
the next meeting.
Our
October guest speaker will enlighten us on the Y2K scare that is going
around. Look forward to that. |

We
will be having the November meeting at Gabbert's in Fort Worth. The
cost will be $16.

next meeting will be Thursday, October 21st, at the Windsor at Westbury
Manor. Networking will begin at 6:00 PM with dinner being served
at 6:30 PM, and our meeting will convene after we eat.

from Bank of America to talk on status of the banking industry regarding
