1 lb.  Ground Meat
1 Onion Chopped
1 Can Cream of Mushroom  Soup
1 Can Enchilada Sauce
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Can Chopped Chilies
1 Pkg. Flour Tortillas
1 Lb. Cheese, Grated

Brown meat with onions.  Add next 4 ingredients.  Simmer for 20 minutes.  Fill tortilla to desired thickness with ingredients, add a lot of cheese, roll and place in a casserole dish.  Fill casserole 

 
As you are reading this newsletter, Adele Brautigam, Ginger McGill, Lynne Walraven, and myself will be in Kansas City, Missouri, attending the 1999 National ABWA Convention.  We will be attending seminars, going to meetings, learning new things, making new friends, supporting our local members who are running for office, shopping, eating, and having a great time!
