I hope to change and  Alter

this page as I learn more

about my new religion 

I hope to share these new

beginnings with all of you 

The pentacle is the symbol of Pagan beliefs

 it represents the four elements of Earth, Fire, Air, 

 Water  and the spirit, Which governs all .

 the top most point  of the pentacle  is the spirit 

 and the guide to all  things good .

 I would also like to include a few spells 

and incantations on this page  as a way to share

and help others to learn the wiccan way  of life.

for it is indeed a way of life , of learning and growing.

of becoming a new and different person than you were.

 All  spells and incantations are performed  during the 

waning phase of the moon. this is the time of the month 

from  the new moon to the full moon.

during this time  spells are cast for things to come to you 

such as wealth  jobs, or love. the first phase after 

the full moon is used for  castings to send things away, 

such as unwanted lovers or  bad luck.

no spell is ever cast  for bad or evil by a Wicca 

witch. 

the days of the week also have special meaning.

Sunday - spells of healing and tranquility

Monday - beginnings, employment, clairvoyance and family 

Tuesday -  debates, courage, physical strength, lust

Wednesday -  learning, teaching, predictions, self improvement

Thursday -  wealth, legal  matters, luck

Friday - love, pleasure, art, music and partnerships

Saturday -  finalization, departure, resolution.

the wiccan rede

Bide within the Law you must,
in perfect Love and perfect Trust.

 Live you must and let to live,      
 fairly take and fairly give.      

For tread the Circle thrice about
to keep unwelcome spirits out.
To bind the spell well every time,
let the spell be said in rhyme.

Light of eye and soft of touch,
speak you little, listen much.
Honor the Old Ones in deed and name,
let love and light be our guides again.

       
Deosil go by the waxing moon,
chanting out the joyful tune.
Widdershins go when the moon doth wane,
and the werewolf howls by the dread wolfsbane.

Four times the Major Sabbats mark
in the light and in the dark.

As the old year starts to wane
the new begins, it's now Samhain.
When the time for Imbolg shows
watch for flowers through the snows.

When the wheel begins to turn
 soon the Beltaine fires will burn
As the wheel turns to Lammas night
power is brought to magick rite.

Where the rippling waters go
 cast a stone, the truth you'll know.
 When you have and hold a need,
 harken not to others greed.

With a fool no season spend
or be counted as his friend.
Merry Meet and Merry Part
bright the cheeks and warm the heart.

Mind the Three-fold Laws you should
three times bad and three times good.
When misfortune is enow
wear the star upon your brow.

Be true in love this you must do
unless your love is false to you.
Eight words the Rede fulfill
"And ye harm none, do what ye will".
