Welcome! My name is Karen Good. I am a freelance web designer and the sole designer representing After Hours Web Services. My home based business has been providing individuals, organizations and companies with affordable web site layout/design, web hosting and graphics/scanning services since 1996. For the job seekers, Web Formatted Resumes is a recent addition to the list of services. In the last few years, I've worked on, and assisted in the implementation, layout and design of several web sites while freelancing with a group of web designers. The entire group was made up of freelance web designers. While each freelancer had the support of all designers, they ultimately serviced clients and their web sites independently. When I returned to school for Systems Engineer, any and all of my free time was devoted to my studies. It was unfortunate during my absence, there wasn't enough interest by the other freelance designers. Although no one currently conducts business under the group name at this time, you will notice that many of the samples links I provide, will show the D E Web Design name. To avoid any confusion regarding design samples, each sample site that was designed and implemented by me, will be marked with my initials. If you like the work done on a site by a particular designer, I can and will put you in touch with them at your request, with their permission. As I approach the conclusion of my studies, I find more time for the things that I enjoy. I have missed designing and I'm anxious to provide continued services for my clients from the past as well as meeting and fulfilling the needs of future clients. To date, most of my services have been for small to mid sized, local companies. I do however, welcome inquiries from clients of all sizes, from all locations within the United States. This is no longer a question of convenience or status. It's a necessity!
