Our Company History

Construction Consultants Thailand is the new trading name for the Value Management Company Limited, a Company that was established in Thailand ten years ago. This trading name is more suitable for anyone trying to find us and our services on the World Wide Web. Hence it is our intention from now on to operate under this name but to retain Value Management Company Limited as our registered Company.

In reality, our Company history goes back further to almost fourteen years ago when the founder of the Company arrived in Thailand having agreed a Consultancy Contract with Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding Co., Ltd to assist them in the resolution of a Final Account for a major Project in Saudi Arabia. This agreement also included , ongoing advisory work for them on their other Projects located in Malaysia, Singapore and India.

Since then, we have worked on a variety of commercial, industrial, engineering and marine Projects as can be seen on our page 'Our experience and capabilities'.

Over the years, the Company has worked with Clients, Contractors and other Consultants and will continue to serve both sides of the industry in a highly professional manner.
