Fees and charges

Because our services are tailored to suit the needs of each Client, we must  firstly    and jointly  identify the scope of  services that the Client requires.

Ideally, this can be resolved more easily by a Meeting at which the proposed extent of our involvement can be agreed.

For Overseas Clients, we are able to provide fee estimates based upon their provisional requirements and with a general description of the Project, site location, extent and  type of work involved, anticipated construction period, number and size of buildings etc.,  and any other relevant information.
Generally, the fees that we quote are fully inclusive of all on costs except for air fares, transport, hotel costs and similar expenses. Overseas travel will be at a pre-agreed daily rate except where it forms part of an existing Consultancy Contract.

We do not  rent luxurious offices with the result that our overhead costs are quite low.. You will therefore pay mainly  for our expertise with very little added on for administrative support and other on-costs.
