There are just SO many great sites and programs to help you dress up
your desktop. I've tried many of the desktop enhancement programs out there, and
have my faves. This page does not attempt to be all inclusive, and if your favorite
program or site has been omitted, it only means that it's not my favorite too.
If you're running Windows 95 and don't have Microsoft Plus, you can still use
themes. My favorite theme program comes from Left Side Software . The
program is called Desktop Themes, and is shareware.
My favorite Logo program for Startup and Shutdown screens is from Ambient Ideas . It's a non-crippled
shareware program called Splasher.
The following links will give you a start at finding a whole world of neat stuff for
your desktop, or you can drift over to my download page at Law Enforcer Net .

The best idea for customizing your desktop to come up lately is a
program called Window Blinds. It's a shareware program that utilizes
"skins" to alter the looks of your desktop, and is one top notch program.
It's available at http://www.windowblinds.net
. Another nice little idea is HotBar (a browser customizer). available at http://www.hotbar.com.
