ADEETA Corporate Staffing, L.L.C. was founded in May of 1998, by Lola Lass to further her pursuit of developing a staffing company built on the philosophy of truly helping others that would achieve phenomenal success. This philosophy supports our choice to be selective, which is founded on the principle that we can’t be all things to all people. Being selective about the clients we serve, as well as the applicants we strive to place, is necessary in order for us to do our best work. Much time is involved in getting to know both the client and the applicant and to gain a clear understanding of what everyone wants and needs.

This concept we have chosen has been welcomed with open arms as people have reached a point where they are tired of not being listened to by salespeople and “headhunters.”

The first division of ADEETA was the Information Technology placement division, co-founded by Jim Perrier. Taking the time to first research and understand the complicated field of technology, ADEETA I.T. began its aggressive campaign to gain market share in January of 1999. Now working with both local and national clients, ADEETA I.T. is helping some of the finest technical minds find new and challenging careers with companies not only worthy of their talents, but with ones where they are a good “fit” as a whole.

The second ADEETA division to open was Clerical Select. Co-founded by Mona K. Wolfe, our Clerical Select division focuses on high quality support staff placement. Whether temporary or full-time, we choose to place individuals of a certain caliber, regardless of the skill requirement. Our reputation and name is on the line and we won’t settle for a one time deal. Repeat business is our goal, but not in the same position.

Already experiencing resounding success on both a local and national level, ADEETA has set its goals high. Tackling both contract and full-time placement is just the beginning of the services this growing company has planned for the future.

WHAT ABOUT THE NAME?

In Greek mythology there exists a rarely documented Greek god known as ADEETA. ADEETA had the power to temporarily transform mere mortals into the likeness of a god or goddess. This was necessary when the real gods or goddesses were unable to handle all of their “business” (due to maybe a vacation or perhaps maternity leave). Sometimes special requests required them to be in more than one place at a time, which is hard even for a god to do! ADEETA’s efforts behind the scenes allowed the gods and goddesses to carry on, often without it ever being discovered that the Greek god ADEETA had bailed them out.

Well, now-a-days the gods and goddesses have all but retired (some to Florida, others to Maine) from their heavenly duties. ADEETA Corporate Staffing has taken over, on a new level - and is hard at work, behind the scenes, ensuring that businesses are able to carry on with all the extra “heavenly” bodies needed to take them down the road of success.

WHAT ABOUT THE LOGO?

ADEETA made his home and performed his duties at the base of the Interlocking Mountains in the swamps of Greece. The Interlocking Mountains were a symbol of the gods and goddesses working together with mortals to achieve daily tranquility.

Today, ADEETA Corporate Staffing feels right at home in the base of our “mountain,” One Shell Square (the tallest building in New Orleans) in the swamps of Louisiana. The visual of the Interlocking Mountains has been adopted to represent the combining of Experience and Service. ADEETA draws on its experience as it delivers the best in service while providing temporary and full-time gods and goddesses to our clients as they achieve not only daily tranquillity (try to function for even a day when your file server is down or without a receptionist to handle your incoming calls!) but financial success as well!

Note: Although some of the fictional tale of ADEETA the Greek god does not directly apply to ADEETA Corporate Staffing, our marketing Geeks (not Greeks) love the Greek connection and have adopted it as our own. We do have a geek or two that insist that they can verify the whole thing, given the time and the right internet address!
