ADEETA Corporate Staffing, LLC is the second staffing company Lola has founded and owned.  She has a total of 19 years in the staffing industry; 7 years in management for other companies and 11 as owner and operator of her own.  She acquired her staffing industry certification (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist) in 1992.  She currently serves as Past President of the Louisiana Association of Personnel Services after a 3 year stint as President (1996, 1997, 1998) and 4 years as Vice President of Legislative Affairs and Internal and External Affairs.

Jim is co-owner of ADEETA's  Information Technology staffing division.  He brings solid technology industry experience to the team as he has owned and operated Universal Data, Inc., a system integration company, for over 15 years.  Jim serves as a resource for technology, product, training and contacts.

Stone’s hands on experience in the field of network installation, troubleshooting and design, on a national basis, enables ADEETA to do more than just a "people" interview with our I.T./I.S. applicants.  Her ability to conduct a thorough and successful technical interview gives our company an advantage over most other staffing companies.  Her technical mind and solid communication skills already have Stone on her way to becoming the Number One I.T. recruiter in the area.  Her expertise has been taken advantage of by clients on many levels in addition to recruiting; from assisting in designing technical interview questions for human resource departments to serving as consultant when making changes in their system.
