The 18th century waterwheel found at SugarMill Plantation in Anse-La-Raye Fishing a favorite occupation in the South. Fishing boats moored on the Cloud's Nest beach Historic Pigeon Island, home of the famous Battle of the Saints, fought between the British and the French.
