For those of you who don't know what Mp3 is, it is a really brilliant way of putting music on to your computer. A normal song would take up about 50-80 Megs of space on your computer, but with Mp3 compression, it shrinks it down to 2-4 megs. To play Mp3s you will need an Mp3 player. I would reccommend Winamp, as it is the best one I have come accross.

To get you started, there are a couple of programs that help you look for Mp3s:

As I tell many people, the very best way to find MP3s, is with a program called Napster. You share files with the other people online, which means no broken links, and really fast download speeds. You just do a search for a song, and about 5 second later, it will come back to you, with a list of the people who have the file, and their connection speed. Then you just pick the person with the fastest line, and you have the file in no time, with minimum fuss!

Many people may not know anything about Mp3, but they can still enjoy certain songs on there computer. There is a program called Mp3 to EXE, which turns an Mp3 file into a 'self playing' EXE file. Click Here to go to their site.
