It's me again!

Yes, it's me again! I haven't got the picture up yet, but I assure you it will be a picture of me when it gets here! I was born on 18/01/79 in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne - a Geordie born and bred, although you'd never tell by my accent! I lived there with my 'interesting' (insane) parents and my crazy little sister and assorted animals (and I love them all dearly - especially now I'm not living with them!) until I moved out to go to university.

A squirrel and a university...

I am now in my first year at the University of Wales (Prifysgol Cymru), Bangor, and enjoying myself immensely. University is great, and Bangor is lovely, if a bit boring at weekends. We students are very imaginative and can generate our own amusement quite effectively! (the siginificance of the squirrel is only that there are a lot of them wandering around the site where I live in Halls of Residence. And it's cute.)

I'm doing a BA(Hons) in English literature at the moment. I'm thinking of going on to do an MA in creative writing afterwards. I will then probably do teacher training. I would like to be a nursery teacher. My ultimate ambition, though, is to be a writer. (I don't know what picture I'm going to put here yet - you'll just have to wait and see!)
