General Information Regarding All Food Services:

• We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions.
• All food orders must be ordered at least two weeks prior to the date of the conference.
• Any changes to conference services must be requested at least 3 business days prior to the event. Less than 3 business days, additional charges may incur if we are able to accommodate the request.
• In the event of cancellation or rescheduling withing 3 business days of the date of the conference, all conferences service fees are non-refundable.
• We are unable to accommodate special orders such as strict vegetarian or kosher meals.
• All breakfast selections include a coffee/tea set up.
• All lunch selections include lemonade and iced tea.
• All snack selections include one bottle of purified water or one 12-ounce can of soda
