These rates are effective from July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001, but are subject .
to change at the discretion of City management.

Rockville rates apply to all private companies within the corporate limits of the City of Rockville.
Non-Rockville rates apply to all companies located outside of the coporate limits of the City of Rockville
Non-Rockville rates apply to all government agencies regardless of location.
NOTE: $100 is added to the price of all daytime conferences scheduled in the month of December.
Interior signage or decoration is limited to the use of painters tape only to secure (no masking tape or scotch tape).
Exterior signage is restricted to ground stakes only; no posting or tacking on permanent fixtures such as trees, signs, etc.
Mastercard™, Visa™, company check, personal check, and cash are acceptable methods of payment. We do not maintain an invoice system, therefore, full payment is required at the time of contract.
