		NOTE: Your ISP must allow CGI access in order to use this file upload program. The File Upload program consists of the following files: upload.c - C source code for the file upload program. upload.cgi - CGI for the file upload program compiled with GNU for Win32. upload.html - GUI for the file upload. cygwinb19.dll - Run-time library for GNU Win32. readme.html - Instructions. Installation Procedures: 1) Unzip "upload.zip" using WinZip. The unzipped files should be in the public root directory except for "upload.cgi". (For example, c:\public-html. If this is not the name of your root directory, you must modify the path name in the source code and re-compile the program.) "upload.cgi" should be in the cgi directory (eg. cgi-bin) if you have created one. 2) Modify the path names in "upload.html" and "upload.c" if necessary.
