Like almost all other schools in T&T, Fatima College requires that its students wear a school uniform. For years, Fatima students have worn the traditional uniform of:

At the start of the 1995-96 school year, during which the College celebrated its 50th anniversary, a formal dress uniform was introduced to be worn on special occasions such as the Prize Giving Ceremony, Holy Masses and also on the first Monday of each month. The dress uniform consists of:

• Gray trousers
• Long-sleeved white shirt
• Blue tie with College monogram
