What is it with the State of New Jersey?!?!?!

     I go to the Department of motor vehicles at 8am and by 4pm after going here there and everywhere, giving my first born and a DNA sample I'm finally told that my current license is not good enough. What is up with that? So... they tell me they want an abstract from the state of Missouri, so I'm on my cell phone, calling the state of Missouri... I spoke with a wonderful person who faxed me a

sheet to fill out and return... all via fax... and he faxed me the abstract... I returned to the DMV with this information that they requested... have my picture taken and then go into the Testing Room AGAIN! and am told that that is not good enough... I was just told it WAS good enough... SHEESH!!! They want a mailed certified copy... So they issue me a piece of paper stating I already paid the permit fee, which I really don't understand why I had to pay considering I already have a valid license in another state.. but okay... they're being jerks...they tell me it's good for 3 months, without giving me any test... etc....Fine... I'm back on the phone with the same guy from Missouri... and he's mailing out a certified copy that day... Isn't that sweet? I know I'm not going to get it before I go on my trip to Annapolis on the 20th, but I can take care of this after I get back...fine...
