IS A SAD DAY IN MY LIFE,

I LOST MY MOTHER TODAY

MOMMA

She is dearer than the dearest friend that I will ever know. her prayers ever guide me on, no matter where I go, and though the rosary beads slip through her hands that first joined mine to pray. at night while kneeling down I thank the lord above who was so good to give me my mothers undying love!

You brought me life, You brought me joy. You were always there for everyone. You would give the shirt off of your back if someone was in need. You taught me that friendships can last forever. You taught me that music was beautiful. You always gave good hugs. You taught me right from wrong. You taught me how to sing. You taught me that faith in God was the most important part. You taught me the meaning of life was not how much money you had in your pocket but that it was the people whose life you touched. You taught me that listening to the spoken word and spending time with people was more important than any amount of money you could hope to possess.

You taught me that writing my feelings down always helped calm any anger or upsetment that I was having and that in the end upsetment really didn't matter but the spoken word could hurt forever. You taught me that in this life it is better to live one day with happiness than a lifetime of sadness. You taught me to let things hurt for a short time because hurt can consume you and that happiness can last a lifetime. You taught me to be humble and that the world was full of people who need help. My brother Cleveland Momma always loved you You were her favorite Son. Kirk You were her favorite Son in law. Paul You brought laughter and joy into our mothers life and there is no way in this world that we can thank you enough for that. Roberta flack said it best with "her song you're the best thing that ever happened to me" She loved you Paul!
