  1. General Conduct
    1. Treat others as you want to be treated.
    2. No Cheating is acceptable at any time.
    3. No cussing is acceptable on our server.
    4. No degrading of Clan Tags and/or Player Names.
    5. No racism, sexual harassment and/or Gay Bashing.
    6. No team killing and/or team shooting.
    7. No Text Spamming.
    8. All [MIA] rules must be followed at all times.
    9. All members MUST maintain an established form of
    10.  communication with the clan. If a members email is not
    11.  active and the member does not get a new active email he
    12.  will be removed from the clan in 7 days.
    13.  Do not Spam the chat.
    14.  No Team shooting.
    15.  General respect for all.
    16.  Keep your swears to a bear minimum.
    17.  Do NOT direct your curses at other players.
    18.  Do not verbally abuse the other players (in chat or over voice coms).
    19.  Do not hold the flag (You must cap it or die trying).
    20.  Do not shoot your own team. (regardless if friendly fire is on).
    21.  Do not purposefully infect your teammates (no sitting in the respawn while infected).
    22.  Do not abuse the voice comms. This means NO sounds other than your voice.
    23.  If you are a member of another clan - please do not recruit players from our server.
    24. Of course, no cheating.

  1. Clan [MIA] Members Conduct/Privileges
    1. All members of Clan [MIA] must hold the clans name in the highest regard.
    2. While playing on our server, under any name, ALL [MIA] members will be held accountable for there actions; Remember your actions reflect upon the server as well as the clan.
    3. All [MIA] Members with admin status must enforce all rules at all times.
    4. Whenever a member is wearing the Clan Tags, no matter what server they're playing on, that member must maintain a positive imagine for the clan. (Follow all rules as if you were on the [MIA] server).
    5. If a member sees another member acting inappropriately on ours or any other server, please notify an officer immediately.
    6. ONLY the [MIA] member is allowed to play under his/her given [MIA] name. If a rule violation occurs under a [MIA] name, that [MIA] member will be held accountable for the actions that occurred. We can check WON ID's from to Logs to make certain if the violation occurred under that members WON ID, and not just an impostor.
    7. All Clan members must read all newsletters sent out by [MIA]Celso, if the newsletter requires the members to check in on the forum they must do so within 5 days of the newsletters sending. If a member fails to check in he will be placed on the inactive.
    8. All members on the inactive will be removed from the clan after 7 days if the member does not contact one of the officers regarding his or her absence.
    9. All members will be allowed a leave of absence from the clan for real life issues providing they email or post on the forum letting the officers know the reason for the absence. If this is not done the member will be suggest to removal of the clan.
    10. Membership to the Divine Right assumes you do not belong to ANY other TFC clans. If you are found to be a member of another clan you will be kicked out of the clan.

  1. Clan [MIA] Officers Conduct Privileges
    1. All Officers are held to the same standards and rules as regular members.
    2. Officers are prohibited from pulling rank on a regular member unless the action is warranted as a result of a violation of the rules by a regular member.
    3. To become an Officer a regular member must exemplify the qualities of a member in the clan and show he/she has the willingness to put forth the effort of the job of an Officer.
    4. There can never be more Officers, then regular members.
    5. Officers will be given duties and responsibilities to help the clan out.

  1. Practices
    1. All members must make every attempt to make all practices.
    2. We will average 8 practices a month, if a member fails to make half of those practices they will be placed on the inactive list.
    3. All practices will be posted in the sticky post in the members forum. The password date and time will all be posted.
    4. [MIA]Celso will run all practices, if by chance he/she can not make it a designated Officer will be placed in charge of practices and will be responsible for the following:

     

    1. Choosing the Map to be practice on.
    2. Setting practices times and date.
    3. Prepping the Server for the practice, including:

     

    1. Locking the server
    2. Removing all NON [MIA] members from the server.
    3. Unlocking the server at the end of practice.
    1. Once the person in charge of the practice is ready to begin, he will call the practice to order.
      Once the practice is called to order following is expected from all members:

     

    1. All members should stop all activity and listen to the Practice Leader. Activities such as Capping, Killing, Jumping, shooting a weapon, swinging a crowbar and so on should STOP IMMEDIATELY.
    2. The Practice Leader will tell all members where to go on the current map.
    3. The Practice Leader will then go over a defensive strategy after which the following will occur

     

     

    1. Each member will either say YES or NO to the strategy.
    2. After all members have voted, the Practice Leader will call one by one on each member who voted NO to give there opinion.
    3. After all NO votes are heard, the Practice Leader will then call for a second vote in which all members vote for the person who's idea they liked the best.
    1. Once a defensive strategy is decided, all offensive people will go blue and all defensive people will go red.
    2. The first time we run a setup, the Defense will be allowed to setup before the offense attacks. This Round will last for 15 minutes.
    3. After the First round is over, we will then make any adjustments needed and redo the round.
    4. After the Second round is complete, we will make any further adjustments needed and then run a LIVE ROUND, where the D will have to setup under attack.
    1. Any member who is being disruptive during a practice will be kicked off the server and face disciplinary actions.
    2. All members should try and get into the server 15 minutes before a scheduled practice.

  1. [MIA] MATCHES
    1. ALL [MIA] RULES WILL BE OBEYED DURING A MATCH!
    2. All members who will be playing for us during a match must show up 15 minutes before a match, and be able to stay for the entire match.
    3. All team members must use team talk at all times during a match.
    4. Only the designated Team Leader for the match/scrimmage is allowed to use Public Talk during a match.
    5. Deliberate violation of any [MIA] rules or Clan rules during a match will result in dismissal from clan.

  1. Recruitment
    1. Applying to the Clan

     

    1. All Clan [MIA] members can invite a member to fill out an application on our web site.
    2. When you invite a potential recruit to fill out an application, please tell to include your [MIA] name as a reference.
    3. Only The member (s) who are in charge of recruiting are allowed to invite a recruit in Clan [MIA].
    4. All new recruits are required to wear the [MIA] tag for a 30 day period.
      5. All new recruits are required to follow ALL [MIA] rules.
    1. New Recruits -- [MIA]

     

    1. The [MIA] was created for the new member to evaluate himself as part of the clan and for the officers to evaluate the recruit.
    2. NO [MIA] member is guaranteed a spot in the clan at any time. After the period of 1 month has passed, the officers reserve the right to kick the new member out for any reason, this includes downsizing of the clan.
    3. The [MIA] members are subject to the no tolerance rule, if any [MIA] member causes difficulties or is unbecoming of the clan in any way he will be kicked out.
    4. No [MIA] can remove the tag un till he/she has been added to the [MIA] list.

  1. Clan Ranking
    1. The only location where we will have a visible clan ranking is on the members page on the web site. The Ranking will be added shortly
    2. The Rankings will be as follows:
    3. Leader will be the head of the Clan (Has the FINAL word)
    4. Captain (s) will be second in command, capable of performing all functions of the leader, except [MIA] invites.

     

    1. Lieutenant have been given assignments and SR member status.
    2. Privates all current Junior [MIA] members.
    3. Recruits are all potential [MIA] members.
    1. 3. To obtain a higher rank, you must bring something to the table and be more active.
