Mag.Franz GLASL
For Mag.Franz GLASL, geb.10.5.1957, living in Lachs-
feld 16, 2113 Karnabrunn, there is appointed
1.) a representation in the proceeding in which the
necessity of the appointment of a slavedriver is proofed.
2.) for the representation of Mag.Franz GLASL in following
urgent matters: Acting befor (dealing with) officies,
officials and courts
Mister Dr.Richard SCHWACH, Lawyer
in 2100 Korneuburg, Hauptplatz
as preliminary slavedriver.
The affected Mag. Franz GLASL will not be restricted
to 1. above (appointment of a preliminary slavedriver for the
proceedings) in his actions.
But on those subjects for 2. of the above for which a
slavedriver was appointed.
The power of representation of the preliminary slavedriver
for the proceedings(above 1.) terminates, when the affected
announces to the court an authorized representatives chosen
by himself.

statement of reasons:
ad 1.): The appointment of a preliminary slavedriver
for the proceedings is because of � 238 (1) AP necessary, because
the affected has not announced a choosen representative by himself.
ad 2.): The appointment of a preliminary slavedriver
for the above second stated urgent matters was necessary
because Mag.GLASL is in numerous proceedings acting in a way
which must result in a selfdamaging. so there is an application
for granting proceedings aid submitted for starting proceedings
against officials�s liabilties amounting in billions because
he was not elected for Federal President(32 Cg 16/95y).
The files of the affected and his behaviour make seroius belife
on his state of mind, therefor in his interest there was this
preliminary measure to set for preventing him of being hit by
proceedings costs.

This article talks about continuing slavery proceedings. The
proceedings were initiated becausde of having raised a suit
aginst rightsrobbery in the elections to the Parliament in 1990,
1994, and to the state parliament of Lower Austria in 1993
Au�erstreitgesetz:
This part of the simple law is titled with
"Of the appointment of slavedrivers for a mentally handicapped person"
The procedure is simple, a judge declares a person to be a
mentally handicapped person and the proceedings start.
