Wahlen zum Europ�ischen Parlament/
elections to the European Parliament:

EP-Wahlen 1999/EP-elections 1999

I complain and appeal 
1.against the EP-eletions 1999
  and I claim actions against Austria and the regimeparties
  and their candidatesand actors
  and to quash the exclusion of being a candidate
  and to declare the elections to the EP-Parliament  for null and void
2.against the violation of all the treaties(EGV,Amsterdam,Maastricht,..)


Facts:

The members of the EC=EU established treaties and at least the
Amsterdam treaty in order to deprive me/us of my rights.
Then Austria was delivered to the EC=European Union.The regimeparties
represented in the Austrian national council established 
election acts for candidates and members for the EP-Parliament,
i.e. I was excluded of being a candidate and a member since
Austria has send people to the European parliament of the EU.

The felonybanditcriminal parties and their members and actors
represented in the EP Parliament decided about the violent election 
system and on May 12th,1999 they excluded in the meeting of the Federal
election authority GLASL FRANZ JOSEF OF BEING A CANDIDATE.
Then the Ministry of the Interior published these violent 
results.

I have the right to be a candidate in these elections but 
participation was denied by the regime parties.

Aufforderung zu handeln/claim that the commission acts:

I claim and I want that the commission of the European Union acts 
and give notice to me acc. to their 
treaties and that the commission  states a violation of the treaties
acc.to Art.175 EGV,and other treaties.It is a fact that the
felonybanditcriminal courts of Austria suppress any complaint.

If the commission goes on supporting Austria,their regime parties
and felonybanditcriminal EP-parliament I will go to the
felonybanditcriminal Courts of the EU.

I would appreciate an answer by the Commission of the EU.

Acc.to Austrian and international law parties are excluded of
being a political party(OEVP,SPOE,FPOE,LIF,Gruene) if they deprive people 
of their rights(Allies treaty).

I would like to state that Austria is like the West European states
a multi-kulti state where strange try to get their fortune.Next
races dominating states are the Finish,Hungarian,Czech,Polish,Slovenian,
Croatian,Slovakian and Serb populations where they mainly settled in the
states with equal names.The populations settled in Austria,dominate the 
country and try to suppress and eliminate any opponent or resistance.

I would further like to say that this facts also favoured the 
creation of the European Union,the "movement to the Atlantic" and the 
further deprivation and robbery of my/our rights.
