I received Your letter REFERENCE: G/SO 2l5/51 of 2 September 1999.
I proposed to the international community that certain Hamid Gaham
Officer in charge,HIGH COMMISSIONER FOR HUMAN RIGHTS,etc. is fired
because of having suppressed my complaint of 25.8.1999 against
deprivation of rights in the EP elections and elections to the
state Parliament of Lower Austria.
