The President of the court 
of I.Instance informs FJG that
the registrar of this Court has
done right to supress the suit 
against the commission. The
president follows that example and 
supresses also the suit in order
to priviledge the lawyers caste.

The Commission was complaint because
of supporting EU-(Austria) robbing
and stealing rights of FJG in the 
elections
to the EU-Parliament in Strassbourg.
No refunds were granted or
reparations paid.
