These are the major energetic centres of the body, called Chakras. ( You can find out how to use and what they do on my Links Section in Robert Bruce's Teatrise)

They are colored by their respective color.

1 -MASTER: Crown Chakra - Hole top of the head above the hairline.

2 - Brow Chakra - Exact center of forehead.

3 - Throat Chakra - Base of throat, above where it joins the chest.

4 - MASTER: Heart Chakra - Center of the chest.

5 - Solar Plexus Chakra - 1 hand-span above the belly button.

6 - Spleen Chakra - Slightly below the belly button.

7 - MASTER: Base Chakra - Base of spine, between anus and genitals.
