He is the youngest.The first girlfriend was Laken Lockridge, who was his first serious love. That was his first sex-experience and they got even engaged. When Ted still was with Laken,m a girl by the name of Christy Duvall (Mary Duvall`s sister) wanted Ted to herself. And when Christy was raped by her step-brother Steve Bassett, she was forced to blame Ted for it (becauce Steve wanted it). Ted was procecuted by the district attorney who happened to be Steve. Christy left Ted out of the hook and later killed Steve in self-diffence. But then after she had left he met Hayley Benson(Gina`s niece) who worked as a maid at the Capwell House. They worked together at a radiostation. And fell in love. At that time Ted was beeing harrassed by a woman called Roxanne who turned out to be Jane Wilson who also worked at the station as his boss. Hayley hooked up with a evangelist called Lily Light (Gina`sdaughter) to protest casino cambling. After that Hayley had started the fire at Buzz`s place as a protest that killed Amy Perkins , Ted then married Hayley to avoid testfying against her. Ted and Hayley know that Tori and Cruz made love after the shipwreck. After Hayley`s rape the marriage began to fell apart , especially after Laken returned and wanted Ted back so now they are divorced. Now Ted is back with Laken. He got a winary from her uncle Grant called RoseRidge.

FYI: Todd was raised in Westlake Village and after graduating from AqouraHigh School, he attended USC where he majored in drama, hustling his way through the expensive university even when he had to sleep in his car. Todd decided to become an actor when he was very young. Already in fourth grade he was selling stuff to his friends and coming home with a pocketful of change. After his freshman year at USC, he was broke. He introduced "summer savers", a discount coupon booklet he sold for $3 each to local Westlake Village residents. He earned $7,000 that summer, just enough for tuition, so Todd became a resident advisor in a dormitory which ment free room and board. Todd accompanied a friend to an audition for an agent and in the timeworn Hollywood tradition, it was Todd the agent signed. His first job was a McDonald`s commercial and immediately after Todd landed the role of Ted Capwell on "Santa Barbara".
