do something different from her usual roles,
wishing to have breakthrough in her career
Kenix changes her image starting from
acting as a petty woman. Kenix played a cop in "Crime Of Passion", this
is again another similar role of the many roles she played before. "Frankly
speaking, the roles issued to me these years wasn't of much difference.
Maybe the company feels that I'm suitable for this kind of role." "Would
you feel bored?" "No, every character in the role is somehow different,
therefore the way I played the roles wouldn't be all the same. Beside,
I'm always concern
about the roles I played hopping
to have some changes." Kenix had ever played character that was very pitiful.
But she was then a new comer. Audiences didn't
response greatly. When she was
more popular, she gets many of the 'tough women' roles. She believe the
new series "Total Divorce Handbook" would give audiences a different feel.
In this show, she act as a woman who long for people to protect and treasure
her, she put love before anything. "I hope this role is the beginning of
my turning point" Kenix said. Waiting for good opportunities Kenix is an
actress who take things naturally. Though she wants to make changes but
she wouldn't want to
do it forcely. She would rather
make good use of opportunities given to her than trying to make opportunities
for herself. "Artistes normally have no choice but to wait to be "move".
The development of one depends greatly on the co-ordination of opportunities.
She is glad that her luck is quite good. All these while, she has many
opportunities. Recently, many artistes have join in the que to do commercials.
Kenix has a few commercials which are still in negotiation. She has great
chances to become another Queen of Commercials. During this recession period,
still there are so many people asking me to do commercials, I'm really
very happy. I hope to do it often
but would not want to do it as my main career. "I'm have very great interest
for acting, maybe because I started off from TVB (acting), I wouldn't give
acting up easily. Actually, I've got great interest in singing too. But
this is not the right time to step into the music industry. She's keen
to learn, keen to do it. Beside the petty "little woman's" role, what else
you wish to try? "Basically I don't mind any kind of roles. Even if it
requires me to take action fighting scene." Kenix is confidence that she
could handle it. Kenix being a "fighting girl" (action pack atress)??,
that's interesting." "Too bad, till now, no one has dare to ask me to film
action pack show." "Are you sure you really could do it?" the reporter
