The First Twenty five
One: Kathy Lloyd Fifteen years at the top of her tree and looks better than ever. Toiled in the Page 3 vineyards; brief dabble as game show girl in forgettable Bob Monkhouse show; Playboy came calling, she agreed - much to the gratitude of a million red-blooded blokes.
Two: Maggie Gyllenhaal: The star of Secretary and Donnie Darko is a face for the future. Three: Famke Janssen Model By Day: (Lowpoint) Goldeneye: (Highpoint). Not bad in Deep Rising and two helpings of X-Men either. Four: Gina Gershon The best thing about Paul Verhoeven's wet dream, Showgirls. Credible follow ups with Face/Off and The World, Then Fireworks
Five: Ellen Barkin The Big Easy and Sea of Love (highpoint); Siesta (lowpoint). However, did pop up in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and had the sense to turn down Pretty Woman. Also a hoot in Drop Dead Gorgeous
Six: Sheryl Lee Twin Peaks, Backbeat, Vampires, The World Then Fireworks. Great actress, good looker.
Seven: Laura Elena Harring Smouldered in David Lynch's stunning Mulholland Dr. His best film for years and the movie which should make her one of the hottest actresses on the planet. Let's hope the Bond producers consider her for Bond 21.
Eight: Rachel Griffiths A star from the minute she appeared in Muriel's Wedding. Knockout in Six Feet Under as well. Nine: Fern Britton Who ate all the pies? Fern did and we love her for it Ten: Katie Holmes Achingly gorgeous star of Dawson's Creek, Go and Wonder Boys
Eleven: Natalie Portman The best thing about the new Star Wars movies Twelve: Christina Ricci After Sleepy Hollow, the sky is the limit for this grown up Addams Family graduate. Thirteen: Naomi Watts Also great in Mulholland Dr (she's on the left of the shot with co-star Laura Elena Harring) and The Ring. Hard to think this was the same person who played Jet Girl in the tiresome Tank Girl movie. Fourteen: Madeleine Stowe Stakeout, Last of the Mohicans and Short Cuts. Fifteen: Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio A shining career in the Eighties with the polished but empty Slamdance; the gruelling Abyss and then proved one of the best things about Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Nice turn in White Sands, The January Man and The Perfect Storm
Sixteen: Kate Winslet Starred in something called Titanic which the whole world went to see and then made Hideous Kinky, which no-one bothered with. Jolly good in Heavenly Creatures Seventeen: Sherilyn Fenn Two Moon Junction; Twin Peaks; Ruby...then had a big starring role in...obscurity. Eighteen: Valerie Leon Had a brief shot at stardom in the Seventies with Carry on Up the Jungle, Carry On Abroad and in Hammer horror Blood from the Mummy's Tomb. Terrorised some poor bloke in those Hai Karate after shave ads. Last seen in Never Say Never Again.
Nineteen: Lorraine Kelly Really earns her money in brainless breakfast telly. Looked amazing on Eurovision too. Twenty: Donna Ewin Former Page 3 girl; Fast Show babe. Twenty One: Joanne Guest No surprise there as she dominates the net. However, well worth a mention as she comes from Derby, one of the best places on earth. Has curved spine so proves ideal for showing off her main assets at the same time. Funniest moment: Top Gear's Quentin Willson interviewing her on short lived BBC2 Saturday morning Men and Motors type show. Twenty two: Kirsten Imrie Former Page 3 girl; Mega babe with the sort of looks that makes anyone "sit up and beg for buttermilk" as Bill Paxton once said. Also Scottish which is an added bonus.
Twenty three: Carrie-Anne Moss The Matrix movies may be over rated tosh, but she was superb as the high kicking heroine, Trinity. As for Red Planet, well that was just tosh... Twenty four: Ruth Gordon No, not the wrinkly from Harold and Maude but a stunning page 3 blonde from the Eighties who also dabbled in art and was completely overlooked at a time when Sam Fox and Maria Whitaker ruled the inky late Eighties tabloids Twenty Five: Denise Richards Own up those who have watched Wild Things without rewinding the Denise/Neve scene. Thought so. Was also great as the Bond girl in the dreadful World is Not Enough and like Barkin, a hoot in Drop Dead Gorgeous.
