Tappy East Creek
A little gril by the name of Eileen Treacle who was 11 years old was playing in water that was barily knee deep and drowned. 11 people testify seeing a gostly hand come out of the water and pull her under. Another weird aspect of this event is the water was so shallow and they never found the body. 13 days after this event they put bundles of sticks in the river that were like the stick figures.
