Interesting Dallas Moments

This was Howard Keel's  first appearance on the show as Clayton Farlow, Dusty's father.  Jock was still alive at this time and I doubt anyone had any idea Clayton would one day take his place.

Pam views her mother for only the third time.  Her mother's name was know Rebecca Wentworth and she is with her husband Herbert Wentworth.  This would later lead to Cliff's position as the head of Wentworth Tool and Dye.

After Jock's death, his will said that JR and Bobby would each be given half of the Ewing assets and after one year, whoever made the most money with those assets would retain full control of Ewing Oil.

Pam bought Bobby a toy punching bag of JR for Bobby to vent his frustrations with.

JR has a little meeting with Dusty Farlow about him taking Sue Ellen to the Southern Cross with John Ross. Click here to hear JR making fun of Dusty for being left impodent after his plane crash.

JR takes Mandy Winger to lunch:  Ewing Style.

JR is punched into the pool and then viciously attacked by Bobby after he found out JR was responsible for sending Pam on a wild goose chase around the world looking for Mark Graison.

Here JR is sporting his painting skills just as he is about to run art man Alex Barton out of the country for messing around with his second wife, Cally Harper Ewing.  Notice the doors above are strikingly similar to those of JR's third office.

JR and Bobby were trapped in the elevator at Ewing Oil with a case of wine for the 300th episode of Dallas.  It was one of the better episodes of the later years.  By the time morning came around, Bobby had let JR back into oil at Ewing Oil.

JR on a horse?  Yes, it's true.  He decided to take James and John Ross on annual the cattle drive with Bobby.
