| Wes Craven is likely to be directing a filmic adaption of Christina Schwartz's
"Drowning Ruth". Miramax bought the
rights for the film for Wes Craven Films. The sale was in the mid six figures.
The book is yet to be published but it is said to be about sisters living
in the American Mid-West in the 1930s. The novel is gothic more details
on the plot when the book is released. (CSO) There is as yet no comment
